About Us

Purpose:

The Asian / Asian Pacific American Students’ Coalition (AAPASC) shall be an alliance of Asian / Asian Pacific American student organizations in Arizona State University (ASU).  It shall represent the interests of the Asian / Asian Pacific American students in matters of political issues (i.e. discrimination, racism, Asian Pacific American affairs outside of the University) and cultural diversity.  It shall also be responsible for coordinating cultural activities in an effort to promote integration and cooperation and help settle disputes between member organizations.  However, the Coalition’s main function shall be as the voice of Asian / Asian Pacific American students across the University.  This organization shall follow the guidelines of this constitution and abide by the laws of the University.
